Special Shipping Instructions
  • Customer who can provide CA Resale Certificate
Please do the following to save money during ordering:

1. Register an account before checkout

2. During checkout, enter "CA reseller certificate number is xxxxxxxx" under "Instructions".

3. Accept sales tax charge (to be waived upon receipt of hardcopy reseller certificate later)

4. email copy of reseller certificate to customerservice@air-duster.com

5. customer will receive a revised order confirmation email (sales tax removed)

6. Order will then be transferred to UPS
Order will be placed into a pending folder until the information of the reseller certificate is entered into our ERP system

  • Orders of 20+ cases
Additional ways of saving shipping charge are as follows:
  • Customer Pick-Up at our DC located in Los Angeles area.
  • Use of customer’s own UPS account.
Please place order online and accept the shipping charge as is.
Enter your preferred delivery method in the ‘Instruction’ section:
  • Planned pick-up time OR
  • UPS account ID and Zipcode
Upon receipt your order into our system, it will be adjusted to remove the shipping charge. A revised order confirmation email will then be sent to customer.

  • Orders of 40+ cases
Additional ways of saving shipping charge are as follows:
  • Customer Pick-Up at our DC located in Los Angeles area.
  • Less-than-Truck-Load.
Please place order online and accept the shipping charge as is.
Enter your preferred delivery method in the ‘Instruction’ section:
  • Planned pick-up time OR
  • LTL (Quote or Collect)
Upon receipt your order into our system, it will be adjusted to remove the shipping charge for customer pick-up and LTL Collect method. For LTL Quote, customer will receive best quote through email for confirmation. A revised order confirmation email will be sent to customer eventually.
